Delete your account
You can delete your Strong & Limber account and associated personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
If you can log in
The fastest way is inside the app: open Settings → Delete account, confirm, and your account and personal data are removed immediately.
If you can’t log in
Use this web form to request deletion. Enter the email associated with your account and we’ll process your request in line with our privacy policy. You do not need to be logged in.
