Strong & Limber may collect and use the following information as necessary to provide the app and its features:

• User/account ID
• Fitness information entered by the user
• Photos or videos voluntarily uploaded by the user
• Other user-generated content voluntarily submitted by the user

• Product interaction/usage information

This information may be linked to your account. Providing certain information is voluntary, but some details (such as an email address to create an account) are required to use the app.

We use the information we collect for app functionality, including:

• Providing and personalizing your account experience
• Saving your progress and fitness information
• Providing the features you request, such as workouts, nutrition tracking, progress photos, and community
• Managing access and purchases, including subscription status and entitlements
• Supporting the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the app

Strong & Limber does not use this information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies and does not use this information for third-party advertising.

When you make a purchase, payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider or platform (such as Apple’s App Store or Stripe). Strong & Limber does not directly collect or store your full payment-card information. We may receive transaction details, such as confirmation of your purchase and subscription status, to manage your access to the program.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the app — for example, hosting, authentication, payment processing, and analytics — only as necessary to provide and maintain the service, and under terms that require them to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We retain your account and app information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data through the in-app account deletion option in Settings, or by contacting us at the address below. We may retain certain information where required by law or to complete legitimate business purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your information. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Strong & Limber is intended for adult users and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we handle your information.
